It has now been made official. Warner Brothers has confirmed that they will be offering previews of upcoming films in the line of DC Extended Universe films on April 1st at WonderCon in Anaheim, California.

The confirmation was made public as part of the WonderCon programming schedule. The schedule featured a listing for a Warner Bros. Pictures presentation that is scheduled for 4:30 PM on Saturday, April 1st. The presentation promises a “sneak peek at upcoming films  from Warner Bros., New Line, and DC Entertainment Films, with special guests TBA.”

Although no additional information has been provided, it makes sense that Warner Brothers would use an event like WonderCon to promote their films when Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman comes out on June 2nd and Zack Snyder’s Justice League comes out later this year on November 17th. It has been speculated that this event could potentially mark the debut of the long awaited trailer for Justice League that fans have been demanding since they got their first look at the film last year at the Hall H panel at San Diego Comic Con. The presentation may also provide a chance for the studio to further explain more of it’s plans for the DC Extended Universe, following the recent announcements and rumors surrounding projects like Gotham City Sirens, Nightwing, Black Adam, Suicide Squad 2, and The Batman.

Sources like ComicBookMovie speculates that King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, The House, Annabelle 2, The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Dunkirk, Geostorm and perhaps Blade Runner 2049 also may be part of Warner Bros.’ WonderCon lineup.

WonderCon Anaheim will be held March 31-April 2 in Anaheim, California.
