Happy Batman Day, Freaks and Geeks! We are now at the 6 month halfway mark until the release of Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, and Gal Gadot.
Fittingly on this important day celebrating DC’s most famous hero, Batman, a rumor has surfaced about when we may be getting the next new trailer so take things with a grain of salt. The following news is unconfirmed and from a source at Heroic Hollywood.
According to El Mayimbe, who did break the news about the film’s IMAX trailer back in April had managed to obtain more information that may most likely will pan out to be true.
According to a source, Warner Bros. is planning to release not one but TWO teasers for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. One of the two teasers will air on October 26th on CBS’ during the premiere of Supergirl. The teaser is supposedly a minute long and focuses mainly on Superman.
After that you can flip the channel on that same night to Fox during Gotham’s airing, where there would be the second teaser for the film and like the one that will debut on Supergirl it will focus primarily on Batman.
Now here is the really awesome part so stay with me, geeks…
These two teasers would eventually lead us towards a brand spanking new trailer that is allegedly premiering in November on Thanksgiving in front of the theatrical release of Michael B. Jordan’s Creed. There is also a possibility that the trailer could be featured with the theatrical releases of Spectre and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2.
I sincerely hope that this is true because I really need more information on this movie. So I am going to give you geeks a little bit of a rewind about what’s going on here….
