The X-Files “Are You Ready” Teaser Released by Fox

 Fox has officially released the second teaser for the X-Files revival series.

This 18 second-second spot contains shots of a downed UFO, the military approaching the wreckage, a large warehouse, a medical procedure, and finally it ends with Mulder asking his former FBI partner, “Are you ready for this, Scully?” To which she responds, “I don’t know if there is a choice.

That X-Files theme at the end seriously made this geek severely excited and even opens up the possibility that they may be writing a new modernized twist on the original theme song.

In Case You Missed It: Thirteen years after the original series run, the next mind-bending chapter of THE X-FILES will be a thrilling, six episode event series helmed by creator/executive producer Chris Carter, with stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reprising their roles as iconic FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.

The X-Files 6-episode mini-series on Fox will begin airing on January 24th, 2016.
